NOESIS Technological Park

Observatory of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Under the framework of the lesson of Physics, an educational visit of B2 and B5 classes has been organized in NOESIS Technological Park and the Observatory of the Aristotle University of ThessalonikiIn the Technological Park, students learned about ancient Greek Technology and in the Observatory show the telescopes and informed about the methods of observing Astronomy. The visit was organized by Mr. Christos Xanthos, Physicist.

Ceremonial Hall of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Under the framework of the lesson of Music, an educational visit has been organized, that took place in the Ceremonial Hall of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, for hearing the State Orchestra of Thessaloniki. 48 C Class students participated. Mr. Christos Xanthos organized the visit.  "Open Rehearsal" institution, gives to students the opportunity to watch symphonic plays. Therefore, they learnt about musical instruments and classical composers.

Theater of the Lazaristes Monastery

Romeo and Juliet on the Road

Under the framework of the lessons of Literature and English Literature, an educational visit was organized in the Lazaristes Theater in Thessaloniki for attending the theatrical show "Romeo and Juliet on the road". The aim of the above educational visit was the students' conduct to the art of theater under the study of a classical text of world literature.

Shakespeare's death anniversary (1964-1616) was the cause for the students to learn about the work of the English poet and theatrical writer. They approached not only his life and a part of his work but also the music and costumes of his era.

The teachers: Konstandina Vlaxou, Art Teacher, Athanasia Giotli and Nikoletta Micha, English Teachers, Christos Xanthos, Musician, and Savvas Fragos, Philologist, participated in the activity. Furthermore, Mr. Savvas Fragos and Mrs. Nikoletta Micha, organized the activity.

Tale without a name

Under the framework of the lesson of Literature, all school attended the Theatrical Show "Penelope's Delta Tale without a Name", in Egnatia Theater. The activity was organized by Mrs Persefoni Liapi, Theologian.

Photography Museum &

Thessaloniki Center of Contemporary Art

Under the framework of the lessons of Computer Science and Technology, Α Class visited Photography Museum and Thessaloniki Center of Contemporary Art in Thessaloniki Harbor. The students participated in a program which covered views in a) art, b) technology through the use of digital applications and c) human sciences, since photography reveals people and social behaviors. The visit was organized by Mrs Anna Michailidou, Computer Science.
